Satanik is an Italian comics character created in the 1960s by Max Bunker and Magnus, on the trails of the commercial success of noir comics. It was published by Editoriale Corno and debuted December 1964 in the issue titled La legge del male (The Law of Evil). Satanik shares themes with Kriminal, the other character created by Bunker and Magnus, but as opposed to Kriminal, whose stories revolve around crime themes, her stories have supernatural and horror elements in them. Satanik's series lasted 231 issues, published between 1964 and 1974. The covers were done by Luigi Corteggi, among others.
