Buddy was a weekly comic published by DC Thomson from 1980 to 1983. It billed itself as being targeted at "boys who like action, adventure and sport!"[1] Its title character was a freckled kid in trendy early-eighties get-up, who hosted the publication. In 1983 the comic merged into Victor.
